Shell construction for a 3-storey hotel complex in Anhui Province, consisting of steel elements for walls, ceilings and roof; with exterior plastic planking and interior chipboard cladding, with rock wool insulation filling, own construction management on site.

Irish Sugar Mallow-Ireland
New construction sugar factory, 890t steel construction, hot-dip galvanized for buildings, plants, transport bridges and hoist covers, inc. 1,720m² roof and wall cladding for the building shells, completely finished, delivered and installed by Cornils GmbH, incl. the required construction planning.

Universal Malting Co Ltd, Aba, Nigeria
Planning and delivery of 6 buildings for a malt house.
Building height up to 30m, delivery of 500 t steel construction, roof and wall cladding, intermediate hoists, stairwell turrets, railing, stainless steel sheets and the overall facade installations. Planning of the overall buildings. Provision of an installation supervisor to monitor assembly.

CATKoneft, Kogalym, Russia
Vehicle and repair hall with complete planning, transport to the construction site and assembly supervision by a supervisor.

Multi-storey administration buildings, construction shell and complete interior fittings according to upmarket Western standard with complete planning and logistics. Special features: Multi-storey spiral staircases, glass roof pyramid, combined heating and air conditioning system, panorama glass lift, assembly supervision by several supervisors.

Canteen building as steel construction with elevated insulation values for roof, facades and floor. Including complete building, kitchen and canteen equipment: Assembly monitored by supervisor.

Selgros, Brasov - Romania
New construction of a system hall for commercial areas of a factory outlet centre; free-bearing steel construction 18 x 96m, eaves height 5m, with pre-set entrance roof, 19m width, eaves height 6.50m.

Brick yard Novo Jerusalem, near Moscow
New construction of two production facilities for a brick yard; designed for the high Russian heat protection requirements. The halls have a built-over surface of a total of 10,800m² with eaves heights of 7.2 and 12m.

John-Madejski-Academy, London
This is a sub-construction for an atrium roofing with film roof.
The roofing is ca. 92m long and 6m wide, in parts up to 20 wide.
Cornils used about 40t steel (bent roof binders). This construction was planned, constructed and installed by Cornils.

MAN assembly plant, Niepolomice (near Krakow) - Poland
New construction of production halls for Europe’s largest MAN assembly plant. Our scope of service includes ca. 4,000t steel construction from lattice girders, cross pillars, intermediate hoists, stairwells etc.

HVC Alkmaar
Steel construction for the new construction of the Bio-Energiecentrale Alkmaar; 1st section component machine house: Ca. 250t steel girder with several levels, crane lane girders, stairwells, railings and hoist covers from grids and bulb plates. Building height 28m; corrosion protection with double finish.
